You could definitely say that real estate is in my blood! Seeing as though I am third generation real estate broker/developer. I started my real estate career selling residential real estate in 1993 and progressively moved from that to property management to commercial brokerage/leasing and then finally ending up running the entire company as President/CEO.

To run a successful real estate office you need 3 things:

1. Solid real estate background . There's not many individuals that have achieved or accomplished as much as I have in the 14 years I've been selling real estate. One of my greatest accomplishments was obtaining my CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation 1997. I never stop learning!

2. Strong Leadership . My sense of leadership started by watching my father grow this company from a small moblie home with a handful of associates almost 40 years ago to a three office network with over 60 agents today. My leadership skills were expanded and also tested by my time in the Army. I was a Calvary Scout with the 82nd Airborne Division until returning home to join my father's company.

3. Professionalism and Integrity . This is the absolute cornerstone of our entire organization. Whether your an existing customer, employee, agent or someone right off of the street you will be treated with the same professionalism and integrity. It is my strong belief that no matter what your successes are...without professionalism and integrity they will be short lived!
